Mr. Cahn began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney with the Kings County District Attorney's Office in Brooklyn, New York. During his time there, he handled thousands of cases ranging from Harassment to Attempted Murder; including countless DWI/DUI cases, Driving with a Suspended License cases and many cases covered in the press.

David Cahn received his law degree from Fordham University where he graduated with the Archibald R. Murray Award, Cum Laude and on the Dean's List. He is admitted to the Maryland Bar, the D.C. Bar, the New York Bar, and the U.S. Bankruptcy and District Courts for the District of Maryland. Mr. Cahn is also a proud member of the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the District of Maryland.

Mr. Cahn has also worked for the Honorable John F. Keenan (U.S. District Judge in the Southern District of New York) and for the United States Department of Justice (DOJ). While with the DOJ, David Cahn worked with the United States Attorney's Office (Southern District of New York) in the Organized Crime and Terrorism Bureau.
